1, Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are the furniture manufacturer. We have specialized in furniture industry since 2017. Now we have about 75 workers and 15000㎡workshop scale with annual output of nearly 4 million dollars.
We have a design team of 4 experienced furniture experts, their team leader Mr. Wang has about 25years of experience.

2, What kind of certificates do you have?
We now have BSCI, FSC certificate. If you need specific certificates such as CE certificate, or need EN test, etc., we will very glad to provide sample for you to make the test. Some products will require EN test in EU market, such as stools, but for most of furniture, it is not necessary.
3, Is fumigation certificate necessary in furniture import?
Not all the furniture and all the countries are in need of fumigation certificate.
Only solid wood furniture will need fumigation certificate.
There are only five countries in the world which the fumigation certificate is necessary: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, India, USA.
4, How can I make the fumigation?
You don’t need to. Fumigation is finished in our workshop, the customs officer will come to door to make it once applied by us. All you need to do is let us know you are in need of fumigation certificate and then leave the rest to us.
5, What is your MOQ (minimizer ordered quantity)?
The MOQ is relevant to products, normally is 300-500pcs or a quantity that can fit one container as shipping cost is not cheap from China to your country. You can purchase a real low price with a higher order quantity to improve your product competitiveness, just like what Walmart do.
6, I don’t want to order such huge quantity in my first trial order, what can I do?
Don’t worry about that. We are looking for long term business relationships, just feel free to contact our sales team, they will give you a satisfied solution.
If our workshop is producing the product you want or have some in stock, we can even give you a bulk price that you can’t get in market, so don’t hesitate to contact us.
7, I need a sample to check the quality first, can you provide a free sample?
Yes, of course, sample is most welcomed. We will provide free sample for every customer. As the cost of making furniture sample is much high, therefore we will charge some sample fee first, but will all refund it in your future order, it is free sample finally.
Sample lead time varies from 3-20 days due to the types of furniture and the hot season. Please contact our sales team to learn more.
8, How is a furniture sample delivered to my home?
We suggest ship to door via DHL, FedEx, etc. Price and delivery time will be compared before shipment of course.
9, What is the lead time of my order?
It depends on the products and quantity you ordered. Normally it will take 10 to 60 days for us to produce the furniture, please contact our sales team for specific lead time.

What can I customize in the Vidoocraft’s furniture range?
Technically we can customize anything for you, from size, shape, material to color of the components, etc. We will let you know about feasibility and cost first, once both of us confirmed all the details, we will produce it for you.
What kind of wood is the best to make furniture?
The choice of wood depends on many factors, such as density, price or property of the wood, where we want to use the furniture (indoor, outdoor, bathrooms etc.) or where we will sell the furniture. Please contact our expert sales team to give you the best suggestion.
Can I order my furniture in a size not listed on your website?
Yes, of course. Normally it’s quite easy for us to adjust the size for you, but for some special items that need a mold before production, such as outdoor furniture that is made of WPC, please contact our sale team for confirmation.

I would like to make a special color for my furniture, can I?
Of course. You can bring us a sample or tell us the Pantone color number, we will make the exactly color you want.
Does your furniture have unpleasant smell?
When you unpack the package the first time, it is quite normal with very slight smell, but after a while it will be odorless. Our furniture is finished with eco-friendly paints that have SGS certificate, please visit our certificate page for more information. Our paints are not only odorless and harmless for human body, but also can protect the furniture against moisture and normal wear.
What kind of paints can I choose?
You can choose water-based paints, UV paints, PU paints, etc. We do not suggest you to choose nitro-based paint as it has unpleasant smell and will take a long time to dissipate.
What’s the differences between the paints?
Here is the easiest way to tell the differences between these paints:
All of the water-based paints, UV paints and PU paints have no unpleasant smell.
The cheapest paints of all is water-based paints, the UV paints and PU paints are both more expensive.
The water-based paint is not a gloss paint, it is suitable for flat or semi-gloss surface. If you need gloss paint and semi-gloss paint for your furniture, you can choose UV or PU paint.

Absolutely, all of Vidoocraft furniture are K/D package.
I sell furniture online, is your package safe for transportation?
Yes, all the mail order package furniture will pass through the international standard dropping test, we will do it in our workshop.
What is the furniture mail order package?
The mail order package of the furniture include 5-layer brown carton, EPE to wrap the surface of each piece and a thick foam board to wrap 6 sides of the carton. For furniture which is huge and very heavy, we will provide extra 4 corner guard to make your package safer for free.
What else package can you provide?
We have K/D package, Mail order package, heat sealer package, PP package, etc.
What kind of transportation methods do you provide?
We suggest ocean shipping, because most the furniture is bulky, the transportation charge will expensive.
But for the samples, we will ship to door via DHL, FedEx, etc.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T and L/C.
How can I pay when I ordered?
You can pay 30-50% deposit via your local bank in advance, balance to be paid before shipment or on sight of B/L draft. The deposit is used to purchase raw material. If you have specific payment requirements, please contact our sale team for help.
